Skagit Humane at Project Homeless Connect
Skagit Humane will be providing day care kennel services for those who need to visit with vendors at the Community Action Agency at the
Project Homeless 2016 Connect at Skagit Valley College. Services available from 9 am to 2:30 pm Friday September 9th.
