Thank you to all of you, who made 2015 Black Cat Auction a SUCCESS

On behalf of the Board of Directors,
we want to thank every Volunteer who gave selfless
hours to help this event be a success!
It really takes a community,
we couldn't do it without your help!
From our hearts to yours
also to Ellie Wright, Auction Coordinator of  5 years.

The Animals Need your Help

Alert: Please contact Gov. Jay Inslee today
and urge him to VETO section 7 of Substitute Senate Bill (SSB) 5501
and sign the rest of the bill into law. This bill helps fight animal cruelty,
but section 7, added at the last minute, will make it difficult or impossible to prosecute neglect and cruelty to farm animals in noncommercial settings, such as animals kept in backyards or by hobbyists.

The rest of the bill has no adverse effect on farm operations, so section 7 does nothing but undermine existing law. Call the governor's office at 360-902-4111, or email him here with your message to veto section 7 and pass SSB 5501: Go here for details on the bill: Please share!

I know, we don't want to pester ya, but I just need to let you know!

There's still a handful of tickets for the 20th
Annual Black Cat Live & Silent Auction
So we hope you will plan to attend
and enjoy a fabulous evening with
fellow animal lovers!
Hurry don't wait, hope to see you there
