To make a donation in honor or remembrance of a loved one or to buy a brick as a gift
or memorial, please use the forms below. All membership and donation forms are also
available at the Humane Society of Skagit Valley office, and can be obtained by calling (360)
757-0445, emailing janine.c@skagithumane.com, or by
visiting during regular business hours seven days a week.
